Gianluca Romano founded SiriusTranslation after 10 years working in international commercial operations and translation coordination for Neapolitan shipping and trade companies. The recurring failure he observed was assignment: good translators being asked to translate documents outside their domain knowledge, producing results that were linguistically accurate and commercially unreliable.
The agency was built around five specialist categories, each with its own pool of translators assigned by domain first and language pair second. Naples is the right place for this approach. The cityâs commercial, maritime, legal, and cultural infrastructure generates a deep pool of multilingual professionals with genuine domain expertise in these disciplines.
