Five steps.
No shortcuts.

The five-step process applies to every project, from a single sworn translation to a 300-page technical documentation set. What changes is the scale, not the method.

You describe the document: type, source and target language, intended use, deadline. We determine subject matter category and available specialists. Response within one business day with a fixed quote and delivery date.
Fixed price and delivery date are confirmed in writing. Work does not begin until you confirm. If the brief reveals complexity not clear from the initial description, we discuss before proceeding. No surprises after confirmation.
Document is assigned to the translator whose professional or academic background most closely matches the document domain. Maritime commercial work to specialists with shipping industry background. Sworn translation to our court-registered translators. Technical documents to field engineers with language qualifications.
Translation proceeds to the confirmed scope. When ambiguity arises in the source document, we ask rather than assume. Independent proofreading is included in all projects. Medical, legal, and sworn work follows ISO 17100-compliant two-translator review.
Translation delivered digitally in the source format, or in the specified output format if different. Sworn translations include the court-sworn declaration. Projects archived for 12 months. Revision requests accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Turnaround times

Delivery timelines.

All timelines start from scope confirmation and receipt of all source materials. Large documents are scheduled individually. Business days: Monday to Friday, excluding Italian national and local Campania public holidays.

Quality standards

How we check.

Independent proofreading is included in every project at no additional cost. For medical, legal, pharmaceutical, and sworn translation, we follow an ISO 17100-compliant workflow including independent review by a second qualified specialist.

All translators sign project-specific NDAs before receiving materials. Sensitive documents are handled on secure internal systems and not shared via public cloud services.

Revisions: up to two rounds included for genuine translation errors within 14 days of delivery. Style changes and scope additions are additional work and quoted separately.
