SiriusTranslation provides specialist translation services: Commercial and Trade Document Translation, Legal and Court Translation, Tourism and Hospitality Localisation, Technical and Industrial Translation, and Sworn and Notarised Translation. All services are delivered digitally.
An order is accepted when payment is confirmed by Stripe. SiriusTranslation will confirm scope, specialist assignment, and delivery timeline within one business day. Work begins after scope confirmation.
All prices in euros (€), excluding Italian IVA (22%). EU businesses with valid VAT in other Member States may apply reverse charge. Payment processed via Stripe. SiriusTranslation does not store payment card data.
Timelines begin from scope confirmation and receipt of all source materials. All deliveries are digital. Timelines may extend if materials are incomplete or clarification is delayed.
The Client must: provide complete and legible source documents; disclose intended use; respond promptly to clarification requests. SiriusTranslation is not liable for errors resulting from incomplete or misleading source materials.
All services include independent proofreading. Medical, legal, and sworn services include ISO 17100-compliant two-translator review. Up to two revision rounds included for genuine translation errors within 14 days of delivery.
Sworn translation (traduzione giurata) is performed by court-registered translators. The declaration covers translation accuracy, not source document authenticity or legal validity.
All documents treated as confidential. Translators sign project-specific NDAs. Documents deleted within 30 days of delivery. Public cloud tools not used for sensitive content.
IP in translated text transfers to the Client on receipt of full payment. SiriusTranslation retains translation memories for consistency purposes.
Liability is limited to the project fee paid. SiriusTranslation is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. This does not exclude liability for personal injury or any liability that cannot be excluded under Italian law.
Italian law. Jurisdiction: courts of Naples, Italy, unless consumer protection law requires otherwise.
Consumer clients have a 14-day right of withdrawal. By proceeding to checkout, you confirm that digital translation services begin on your express consent and waive withdrawal rights for commenced work.
