All SiriusTranslation services are delivered digitally by email or secure file transfer. No physical delivery is made unless separately agreed and quoted.

Timelines begin from scope confirmation and receipt of all source materials. Business days: Monday to Friday, excluding Italian national holidays and local Campania public holidays.
Within one business day, we contact you to: confirm order details and scope; confirm specialist assignment; confirm delivery date; request additional materials if needed.
Translation delivered in the same format as the source document unless a different format is specified. Sworn translations delivered as PDF with sworn declaration. Subtitle files delivered in specified format.
24h priority scheduling available for projects up to 5,000 words. Confirmed delivery date at scope confirmation. Rapid delivery fee is non-refundable once work has begun.
If delivery is delayed beyond the confirmed date due to causes within our control, you may request a 10% reduction in project price for delays exceeding 2 business days. This does not apply where delay is caused by late receipt of materials or late responses to clarifications.
