Sworn & Notarised Translation

Sworn translation in Italy — traduzione giurata — is the legally recognised form of translation for documents submitted to Italian courts, notaries, public administrations, and most official authorities. It is performed by a translator registered with a court tribunal, who provides a sworn declaration of faithfulness before a court clerk or notary. Without this procedure, translated documents are not accepted for legal use.

Our sworn translators are registered with the Tribunale di Napoli. We cover sworn translation for all standard document categories: civil status documents (birth certificates, marriage certificates, death certificates, adoption orders), academic qualifications, professional licences and certificates, criminal records, company registration documents, and immigration documentation.
